We understand that your vehicle is an important part of your life, and it is our responsibility to repair it with the highest level of care and attention. This is a responsibility we take very seriously.

Our efficient, streamlined and safe repair process ensures that your vehicle is repaired to the highest standards, allowing you to get back on the road with confidence.

Lodge a claim

Make an insurance claim and select Smith & Boyle Ltd as your repairer.

Come in and see us so we can assess the damage. No booking required, on a fine day Monday – Friday 8.30am until 4.30pm.


Repair date

Customer is booked in and given their repair date.



We will forward the estimate and images to your insurance company (or the customer if they are paying privately) for approval. A deposit may be required prior to private work proceeding; this will be discussed with you by your Estimator.



Once approval has been given on repairs and your repair date has rolled around, we will commence repairs to your vehicle. You will receive a text message/phone call from us the Friday before your repair date as a reminder.


Pick up

We will be in touch as when repairs are completed and your vehicle is ready for pick up.



Payment is collected on pick up, whether this is your insurance excess or any private payments and a GST invoice and receipt will be provided.
